Getting started

Sign-up, trial activation, and first login

How do I sign up and start a trial?

Invite-based registration and channel code notes

  • Fengbird ERP uses invite-based registration. Ask your regional manager for a channel code, then create an account on the sign-up page.
  • After registration, sign in to the free plan and validate catalog, order sync, and basic shipment flows.
  • For a demo or higher plan, contact an advisor via the consult entry on the site.

What should I do in week one?

Connect supply chain and orders first, then enable advanced reports and ads

  • Days 1-2: Connect accounts and confirm order sync.
  • Days 3-4: Align inventory and shipment flows so system stock matches warehouse reality.
  • Days 5-7: Stabilize the core loop before enabling BI reports or ads modules.

Product guides

Overview of supply chain, BI/reports, ops, ads, and data security

How does the supply-chain loop work?

Selection, purchasing, inventory, in-transit/shipments, and replenishment

  • The supply chain module connects selection, purchasing, and shipment flows into a coherent inventory view.
  • Review sellable stock, in-transit quantity, and sales cadence together before acting on replenishment tips.
  • Align inventory definitions across warehouses before enabling transfer strategies.

Which BI and profit fields matter first?

Start with cost/profit and fee lines, then settlement and performance rollups

  • First verify platform fees, logistics cost, and purchase cost completeness.
  • Sample abnormal-margin orders so averages do not hide issues.
  • BI dashboards and performance rollups are for weekly reviews — not a replacement for order-level checks.

Account & permissions

Sub-accounts, sign-in, and security topics

How do I add sub-accounts?

Add collaborators by plan seats and assign permissions

  • Add sub-accounts in settings according to remaining plan seats.
  • Use least-privilege by role: ops, purchasing, and finance separately.
  • Disable accounts promptly when people leave.

Upgrades, renewals, and expiry notes

How do I upgrade my plan?

Choose a tier by order volume; advisors confirm the difference

  • Compare tiers on the pricing page, then contact an advisor via sign-up/consult entry.
  • Mid-term upgrades are usually prorated for the remaining period.
  • Advanced capabilities take effect after the new plan is activated.
